Fan-made products

Products sold by The Binder Base are unofficial, fan-made works. The Binder Base is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or approved by The Pokémon Company, The Pokémon Company International, Nintendo, Creatures Inc. or GAME FREAK inc.

Pokémon, Pikachu, the Pokémon Trading Card Game, and all related names, characters, artwork, logos and trademarks are the property of their respective owners. They are referred to on this Store only to describe what our products fit or are designed to go with.

Our overlays are decorative accessories made to sit over cards you already own. They are not trading cards and are not legal for tournament play.

Copyright and use of our designs

Our original artwork, border designs, print layouts, guides, photos and text, and The Binder Base name and logo, belong to The Binder Base or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law.

Buying a digital product gives you a personal license, explained in Section 5 of our Terms and Conditions. You're free to trade or sell overlays you printed for your own collection on a personal basis. Sharing the files and reproducing our designs commercially are not allowed.

Reporting infringement

If you believe something on our Store infringes your intellectual property or other rights, email help@thebinderbase.com with:

  • your name and contact details;
  • a description of the work or right you believe is infringed;
  • the link to, or a description of, the material on our Store; and
  • a statement that the information you've given is accurate and that you own the rights or are authorised to act for the owner.

We review every report promptly and will remove material where appropriate.

Our policies

Governing law

This Store and our policies are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, as set out in Section 18 of our Terms and Conditions. If you are a consumer in the European Union, the United Kingdom or another country with mandatory consumer protection laws, those laws still protect you.
