Two kinds of products, two sets of rules. Here's what you need to know before you buy.
Digital products are never shipped
Printable Overlays and Printable Extended Arts are emailed as a download link after checkout. They're delivered online only. We don't print, pack or mail them, ever.
All digital sales are final once delivered. If a file won't open or you bought it twice by mistake, email us and we'll fix it.
Physical prints are made to order
UV Printed Binders, Custom Penny Sleeves and Custom Perfect Fit Sleeves are printed for you. Check your size and pocket layout twice: we can't swap sizes or take returns for the wrong size.
Damaged or misprinted? Email us with photos and we'll replace it.
Want it mailed? Buy the physical version.
A digital purchase never includes a printed copy. If you want something printed and sent to you, choose one of our physical print options.

Common questions
Will you mail me my digital product?
No. Digital products are delivered online only, as a download link sent to your checkout email.
Can I return a physical print?
Physical prints are made to order, so we can't accept returns for change of mind or wrong size. If it arrives damaged or misprinted, email us with photos and we'll replace it.
